As an aspiring ballet dancer I have requirements for staying in shape at a very high level. These requirements involve workouts that are very specific in the way that I build muscle while maintaining a high level of stamina. Kynsi was able to create these very specific workouts and exercises that have helped me increase these aspects even with many constraints involved with a dancers lifestyle. Not only did she create workouts, but she also helped me alot with making my own nutrition plan. She is always very supportive and is able to adapt to any changes that arise. I enjoy her discipline and the way she continually pushes me to do my best but in a way where I know she truly cares and wants me to reach my goals. Her personality is always positive and uplifting which is why I always look forward to my sessions with Kynsi.

I have a previous injury to my back and wanted to learn how to work out to strengthen those weak areas, and of course lose weight! When I trained with Kynsi she was so patient and knowledgeable, I was very excited to hit the ground running. She taught me how to work out with my problem areas without causing further injury. She taught me to never be disappointed when I see the scale number rise- due to gaining muscle. Not only did she teach me work outs and keep me motivated she helped me stay on track with a food dairy and tips and tricks for what to eat. She is a Rock Star and comes highly recommend!!

Kynsi is a wonderful personal trainer. I knew literally nothing about working out effectively when I took a whim and hired her over a year ago. I was hoping to tone up and lose some weight, which I succeeded in, but I had no idea that I would learn to love exercising and strength training.
